Miss Lizzy

Dance Instructor

Miss Lizzy began dancing at the age of 4 in a pre-professional integrated ballet program at BalletNova Center for Dance in Falls Church, VA. During her time there she had the opportunity to learn some of the greatest and most classical ballets. She has performed in Nutcracker, Swan Lake, Paquita, Peter and the Wolf, Les Sylphides  and many more! During Miss Lizzy's high school career, she had the opportunity to train with The National Dance Institute and The Joffrey Ballet School in New York City. Both of those experiences shaped her into the dancer and teacher that she is today. Miss Lizzy graduated from Old Dominion University in 2018 with a BA in Dance. Following graduation, she continued to pursue teaching dance to growing young dancers all over the Hampton Roads Area. Miss Lizzy's mission is to create a safe, inclusive and fun atmosphere for all students learning this beautiful art.

In 2023, Miss Lizzy had the incredible opportunity to attend the Dance Life Teacher Conference, and she is thrilled to be returning in 2024! This conference has been instrumental in her growth and learning as a dance teacher and artist. Lizzy is excited to continue expanding her skills and knowledge to better serve and inspire her students.

When Miss Lizzy is not at the studio, you can find her playing with her dog and cat, being outdoors with her fiance, or helping someone buy or sell their home! A few fun facts about Miss Lizzy are, she was adopted from China, she has an obsession with sloths, and her sweet tooth guilty pleasure is vanilla ice cream with rainbow sprinkles!

She can not wait to meet and dance with everyone this year!
