Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services. When you enroll a minor student, the parent or legal guardian accepting these Terms represents that they have authority to do so and to bind the family to these Terms.

1. Services and program information

Dynamic Dance Center provides recreational and instructional dance classes, camps, events, and related services as described on our website or in separate enrollment materials. Class schedules, instructors, locations, age groupings, and program offerings may change from time to time. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that affect enrolled families.

2. Eligibility and enrollment

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you register or communicate with us. For students under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete enrollment and is responsible for the student's compliance with these Terms and with studio policies communicated at registration or in class.

3. Fees, billing, and payments

Tuition, registration fees, costume fees, camp fees, and other charges are as quoted at enrollment or on our website unless we notify you otherwise. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for amounts due. You are responsible for keeping payment information current and for timely payment. Late fees or reinstatement fees may apply as disclosed in your enrollment agreement or studio policies.

Refunds and credits. Refund, credit, withdrawal, and makeup policies are set forth in your registration materials, studio handbook, or separate written policies. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in those materials, payments may be non-refundable after stated deadlines. 4. Studio conduct, attendance, and communication

You and your student(s) agree to follow studio rules and staff instructions regarding conduct, dress code, arrival and pickup, respectful behavior toward instructors and other families, and use of studio property. We may dismiss or refuse service to anyone who endangers others, disrupts programs, or violates these Terms or applicable policies, subject to any refund obligations under our published policies or applicable law.

5. Health, safety, and assumption of risk

Dance and physical activity involve inherent risks of injury. You voluntarily assume those risks to the fullest extent permitted by law. You represent that the student is in adequate physical condition to participate and that you will inform us of any medical or safety information we reasonably need to know, as requested on registration forms or by staff.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to disclaim liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or other categories that cannot be limited under applicable law.

6. Photography, video, and publicity

We may photograph or record classes, rehearsals, and performances for studio operations, education, and promotion where permitted by law and by any release or consent you or a guardian sign at enrollment or otherwise. If you wish to opt out of identifiable promotional use where we offer that choice, contact us as described on our Contact page.

7. Website and intellectual property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, and layout—is owned by Dynamic Dance Center or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, modify, distribute, or exploit our content without prior written permission, except for temporary copying necessary to browse the site on your device.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data;
• Transmit malware, spam, or harmful code;
• Harass, abuse, or harm staff, students, or other users;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

We may suspend or terminate access to our website or programs for conduct we reasonably believe violates these Terms or puts others at risk.

9. Third-party services

10. Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement except where such disclaimers are not permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dynamic Dance Center and its owners, instructors, and staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of our website or participation in our programs, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of these Terms or your use of our services (other than claims that cannot be limited by law) shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), except where a different minimum remedy applies under law.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dynamic Dance Center and its affiliates, owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of our website or services, or your or your student's conduct, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

13. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For any dispute not subject to mandatory arbitration or small-claims court as described below, you and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in or serving Chesapeake or the surrounding metropolitan area, Virginia, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Dispute resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve a dispute within sixty (60) days, either party may pursue remedies in accordance with Section 13, unless applicable law requires a different process for your claim.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Current as of" date at the top will change when we post updates. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, email, or at enrollment. Your continued use of our website or participation in our programs after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires express consent.

16. General

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any enrollment agreement or registration form you sign, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dynamic Dance Center regarding the subject matter here and supersede prior discussions, except where a signed agreement explicitly adds to or overrides specific provisions for enrollment or events.
